Turbo leak

Hi Guys my Turbo on my 86 landcruiser is leaking and it seems to be blowing alot of blue smoke and then yesterday i went for a hunt and came back to my truck 4 days later and it was blowing oil out of the exhaust, after the truck warms up there is no blue smoke or any smoke for that reason.. i looked at the turbo and it is obviously leaking but i dont know shit from sugar on those things so can somebody point me in the right directon on what it could be or anybody in kaikoura or surrounding area's keen to have a nosie in trade for crayfish or venison Cheers GBH
