I have migrated to a MU from a terrano.
one thing that was clear fairly quickly was the need to get a little more clearance.
Im guessing putting in extended shackles and winding up the torsions would be the best way to go about this?
do I need to look at putting in longer shocks?

Re: Lifting a MU
It depends on what tyre size you want to use.
I have done a 75mm bodylift and can fit 33" tyres with minimal gaurd rub.
I also replace the back shocks with EFS shocks.
I have heard the you can get away with doing only 50mm lift.
Anyway it all depends on what type of 4Wdriving you want to do.
Cheers

Re: Lifting a MU
planning on sticking with my 31s. Im thinking of just giving myself a little more clearance underneath. could be Im just used to the terrano clearance but it seems to drag the bash plate on the transfer case a bit when Im in ruts
as this is my daily driver i wont be doing too intense stuff.
on a side note can these be fitted with a pto?
