TJ ORV spacer kit installation

Post by werc1 »

Any one in the Auckland area have recommendation where I can get a 2" ORV spacer kit installed on my '97 TJ?

Also, cost, etc? If anyone on here can do it - happy to pay you.

thanks

Jack it up on the frame... undo the shocks, let it drop down, and you should be able to remove the springs easily...

put ya 'pucks' in, and then force the springs back in...

a bit cowboy, but i had to compress the springs a bit with ratchet tie-downs...

but all said and done, it wasn't had at all...

are you also installing bumpstop spacers...?

Unfortunately I left all tools in the US when I moved here.

Yes I plan on installing the new bumpstops to avoid over compressing the springs
