Its got to be the camera my truck does the same, when you drive it theres no rattles bangs or clunks but when you play the window cam back it sounds like the trucks about to shake itself to bits![]()

The mic on these cameras easily picks up mechanically transmitted noise. Like having your ear pressed to a surface and someone tapping on it.
Mount it up with something to isolate the vibrations and the clonking should go away.
I have the windscreen suction cup mount - works pretty well.
