d21 clutch wont disengage??
My navara has been sitting for the past 6 months while i repaired the rust in the cab , everything was working ace before and it was driven almost daily , now i have gone to shift it and the clutch wont disengage , i bled the system and still no luck , the slave cylinder is defenitly moving and pushin the clutch fork but the clutch doesnt disengage
this one has me stumped any suggestions? the truck is meant to be getting painted this weekend so i really need to sort this asap.

will be a bit of moisture in there has rusted the clutch plate onto the flywheel

^^^ Yep... start it in 1st, and while it's traveling down the road with your foot on the clutch, hit the brakes. Even 'bunny hoping' it like a learner driver can crack it free
If you break it... build it stronger.

hate ta say it but sadam may be right. I've seen this happen in older cars a bit. a little, unrelated steering job turned into a gearbox removal mission. ratshit. damp conditions and 6 months could be enough do it.
There are options to try unstick it without major surgery though. 6 months shouldn't mean its too bad hopefully. This is copied from another forum

put the car in neutral and start the engine. Allow the engine to get to operating temperature. Stop the engine and push the car to where you can start it without running into something, preferably a quiet street or alley. Get in the car and place it in second gear. Push the clutch pedal down to the floor and hold the pedal down. Start the engine. The car is in gear so it will start moving while the starter is working and keep moving once the engine starts (KEEP HOLDING THE CLUTCH DOWN... DO NOT LET IT UP). As soon as the engine starts, give the engine full throttle. If it doesn't break free immediately, release the throttle, then floor it again. Do this in succession as many times as it takes to break the clutch free... or until you're running out of road! KEEP THE CLUTCH PEDAL DOWN THE WHOLE TIME. When the clutch breaks free there will be a loud "pop" and the engine will free rev telling you that you've succeeded.

I've had it once that even that didn't free it(paddock car, so couldn't go on the tarmac-only on gravel). Sprayed some crc 5.56 in past gearboot, and bingo. Let go (using same process) almost immediately
And no, the crc didn't promote any clutch slip

ore to the rescue again cheers guys did exactly as suggested and the clutch popped free first try
