td27 vacuum diagram?

wondering if anyone may have a td27 vacuum diagram since google was no help , failing that can anyone tell me were the small hose off the back of the vacuum pump is meant to go? mine has been blocked with a golf tee for some reason, also up by the brake booster were the large vacuum line from the pump joins there are two other fittings one large and one small , both of these have been capped off can anyone shed some light as to there original purpose?

The EGR system.

on the passengers side of the engine bay would have resided a couple of vacuum switches that controls the EGR valve, the butterfly on the intake manifold.

if these have been removed you will have a left over small vacuum line on the back of pump. also one on the fire wall.

In effect, the only thing you'd really need vacuum for with the EGR system completely removed is the brake booster and (i think dont quote me)( on the N/A td27) the diaphragm atop the injector pump as the TD27T uses boost pressure to operate the diaphragm.

sweet thanks for that , i have looked at my fuel pump and it appears to have no lines goin to it so im not sure there

the pump maybe controlled by a needle valve type assembly if it doesn't have a diaphram.

Depends on the year of manufacture

i think the pump is from an 89

There should be a small vacuum line from alt to vacuum sensor located on inner guard passenger side. The big vacuum line goes across to a tee piece near booster. Usually these are capped off, with just the line going to booster from tee. If yours is a non-turbo then these are probably all the lines there are (most n/a td's have no egr).

It is a n/a engine which i have converted to turbo with no egr, i dont seem to have the sensor you are talking about whats it for?
