Canterbury River flows and charts

I used to visit Niwa's website to view their webcam that was mounted on top of one of the pylons that crossed the Waimakariri river just see it's colour and height. That site/cam has been gone for ages. So I've been trying to find another site that gives me simular info. I found it tonight. (I'm sure it's been around for a long time) But I thought I'd throw a link up here thinking someone else might find it useful.

Was amazing to hear/see the rakaia running at 5300cumexs at 7.5mtrs at the gorge! Not much good for the fishing in the canty rivers!
