Personally, I liked the look of it. $200 is all it's worth though.

I'm with you Tim.

I've just listed the original bar on TM for one dollar reserve.

http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing ... 01&ed=true

Reason the plate isn't fogged out is, that it's de-listed. You can't find out where it lives.

Ahh I'll have to check up and make sure it's still mot public.
Would of thought once you opt out it is for the life of the ownership of the vehicle.

You won't regret getting that receiver in there Pete. Front towbars are the shizzle when it comes to shunting trailers about (i have them on 4 of my trucks). Forklift is the only thing that is better.
Ugly is a state of mind..... and the state of my truck!

I plan to cut that on the same angle as the bash plate so its not a filthy big anchor. :D

That's good to hear!
I brought another truck this week. It'll be getting tints done from the same guy.

Brought a 1995 80 Series Limited 24 valve. Auto( :( ) but leather.
Getting everything swapped over on it in the next couple of weeks.

I do feel pretty lucky to get a 24 value 80 with leather.
Only has LSD diffs so looking at Eaton's electric diff lockers over the ARB ones.
Going to swap over from the old 80
-3 inch exhaust
-Suspension lift
-Front bar
-Rocksliders
-PRS
and a few other small things. Then sell it.
It's still a manual 80 with tripple lockers and custom rear bar certed.
And a pretty fresh motor at that.
Should go up on TradeMe next month.

This is the reason I pulled my entry in the Chch teams event this weekend.

Seriously.
Who ever buys this truck?
-Turbo housing replaced
-Head removed plained and faulty valve replaced
-Injectors checked, one replaced.
-Aircon fixed n refilled
-Front swivel hubs re kitted
That's just off the top of my head...
Who ever buys this truck, I've fixed it. It's a good runner and ready to go.
My loss, your gain.

Why not swap diffs and keep the factory lockers??? It's just plug and play, all the wiring is there already

Cause knowing pete and being a 24valve he will try pull some better kw figures out of it, can get these easily making 125-140kw = same as a new moderm commonrail so answers need for bigger brakes
