series gear box conversions

Post by slidenyo »

what other boxes do people run?
have heard of fuller box's and bedford boxes being used,
also nissan ones all with transfer case adapters obviously.
considering mq patrol box and transfer or j1 box with the landy transfer case

engine is ld28 turbo soon

gq box would be a little long sorry fella, all these other boxes are around 350 long at the most giving enough room to retain factory mounts and bell and transfer case

i can have a measure up if you want, its missing the transfer and a adapter on the back, its quite short.

its of the td42 so it might be able to find a bellhousing to suit too?

What about a mistral or terrano box there a lil smaller and should be a easy fit to ld28
