1KZ-TE blow by question

just checked my 1KZ-TE in the rzn 185 surf for blow by by taking the oil cap off at idle and it seems to have blow by but not a crap load as i've come across in the past, is it normal for this engine ? done 230,000 km.

also the air filter to turbo intake manifold was taped up as it was split in the past which has me worried dust had been sucked in over time and worn the valve stem seals etc ? haven't checked the turbo yet and the turbo intake wasn't dirty at all.

might be wise to run a compression test. whats normal psi for these?
