Hi Weemsy.

Leigh here, haven't been on ORE or spoken to you for aeons, lol. (used to be in Nelson, now down in Reefton.)

Are these suitable for a 3Dr 1.6 and not too stiff? I'm about to start the long-overdue rebuild of the damaged auto truck and need heaps of bits to do it right.

Cheers

Hey mate,

Yeah, been a long time ay!

I put them in my 3 door 2 litre v6 escudo, but never got round to going off road with it before I sold it......

They fitted and weren't too stiff, but a front strut flip or longer front shocks would be needed as they were almost at the top of travel.

The threads on the top of the rear shocks need a good tidy up too.

Cheers

Sounds great mate, hat-flip is no problem and I'll just run a die over the shock threads. If you can wait for next payday (a week and a half), and send them down to Reefton (postage at my cost of course), I'll take them.

Cheers, Leigh.
