Hi Richard
I'm not sure if you mentioned it in your last 80+ pages, I'm only up to page 35 atm, but when you changed your gear box, which one did you put in and did you find any problems with it?
Cheers
Duncan

Hi Duncan
I am not too sure of the model number. But I believe it to be a G52 . It is the heavy box fro a surf and has never given any troubles.

It just bolted up. Because I run an after market heavy clutch I had to grind some of the strengthening rib off the inside of the bell housing to stop it hitting.

First time I have broken a tail light since I built protection about 15 years ago.
It happened at the bottom of Trev's hill when I didn't make it and it ran back onto a piece of wood. So I have had a good run

So my Xmas damage bill is starting to add up. Broken windscreen, Bent rear axle and a tail light plus disc brake pads from the bent axle.
