I'm finding the clutch a bit heavy in my 350 chev powered YN65. I've got the standard Toyota 5/8 master cylinder and I believe the standard 13/16 slave.
I'm told it's not really do-able to go smaller in the master cylinder as 5/8 is pretty much the smallest they come. Going to a 1 inch slave will reduce the weight of the pedal, but might not give sufficient throw to actuate the pressure plate.
Re-locating the pivot point on the pedal to give more leverage is an option, but a real hassle.
Anyone been down this road and know the least difficult answer to getting a less heavy pedal?

what clutch fork are you using the leverage ratio may not be enough, I've used 3 different chev clutches (11" chev, 12" chev and 11" centreforce) in both my cruisers with standard hydraulics 3/4 M/C and 7/8 Slave with standard cruiser clutch fork and had nice light easy to use pedals, the only one thats heavy is the twinplate clutch Sig made me that uses a 1" M/C and 7/8 Slave

Cheers for that - not sure what fork it is, it came with the bellhousing from Conversion Components. I guess a longer fork would make for a lighter clutch. Means gearbox out though......again
