KZJ78 height Specs.

Hi

So after consulting google and looking around I would like to know the standard Height of a KZJ78.
Or can someone with the original springs tell me the gaps at the front and rear diffs between the bump stops and the diffs?

I am trying to work out how big the spring lift in my truck currently is.

LJ78 standard height

Rear diff to bumpstop 85mm
Front diff to bumpstop 35mm
