Stolen - Toyota Hilux Surf 1994 Redish DPW532 Wellington

Hey guys my car has been stolen from the Kelburn area in Wellington last night tuesday the 6th of March. I think I have added a photo if anyone see's it out and about please call me 0277500587 or post on this forum. It is as above in the headline and has a 1kz 3l diesel engine in it and a 3 inch body lift and 2 inch suspension lift standard shocks and 50mm longer springs. Cheers guys really want to get back on the dirt.

The truck has now been found less a few valuable bits such as the wheels and stereo etc and a few broken parts. Thanks to all that have had their eyes peeled. really appreciate it. Hopefully I can be back out in the wilderness sometime soon.

no consolation mate but its a lot easier to replace a set of wheels and a stereo than a whole truck, congrats getting it back and I hope they havent fawked anything else on it. Best you get it down to the alarm place once its mobile again

Best place to get a security system in wellington is julian at obsessive http://www.vehiclesecurity.co.nz he is one of the best installers in nz and does a good range of alarms/trackers. he takes his time and installs them properly

Dont bother with a "5 star alarm" these are usually rubbish ie avs/dynatron go for a cobra or autowatch

found his pricing for a top spec alarmwas the same pricewise as the muppets the badly installedibs avs alarm in my old green playdoh. highly recommend him and he can customise the install if you want
