just got bill for trans rebuild....$1700......happy with that ..cant fit it to next friday but...then gonna pull front diff forward and sort the good old dw.......

well got new job,,funny who lurks on these forums,,,as for jeep got it going.. ..roll back sweet but still no go forward.... ..yes i put the drive shafts back on....trans man got a call came had a look coming back with a scanner to read comp.........doing what it did out on the river ..fark all.....have seen insides of old trans ...munted...so will know more in morning ..........

I wouldn't be pulling it out, tell your trans guy, hire a tow truck, take it away bring it back next week fixed, and if you wanna push yuor luck tell you need a rental too.

dude from shop gave me a hand to pull trans...got it down to bout 40 mins... ..no point throwing me toys outta, cot wont do fark all....would feel good but ,,3rd times a charm...... stay tuned.....
