Don't use extended shackles, they suck on suzukis. I wouldn't bother playing with the stock springs either, better to buy new EFS ones. You will need longer shocks & brakelines if you lift it.

If you mainly drive off road I would suggest a Leaf under raise.

It is reasonably easy to do, basically you take the springs off and put them on the inside of the axel, rather than the outside where they were.

You do need to extend the steering but the bits are easy to purchase from good 4wd mod stores

research the mod, it is easy and cheap.

Other mods I found with my suzuki sj410 included big tyres, and electric fan for deep water (so you can turn it off), snorkel and water outlet for the air cleaner, bull bars. If you are into mud and serious 4wding, smooth out the bottom of your suzuki, cut off the out-sticking bolts on the bottom of the springs which catch on heep of things like logs, rocks, get belly pans for the underside to make the body stiff and able to slide over sh*t, or at least more sh&t

Hope this helps

this has to be the under statement of the century.

there is nothing cheap or easy about doing a spring over axle conversion on a Suzuki 410 ute .
