also bought the trailer haha

truck has 26xxxxkms on it
manual, non turbo, rear diff lock (factory)

few things ive noticed with it is

needs a new glove box

speedo flickers in the red line and only goes under the red line when ya turn it off

rear springs seem to have sagged

also has a steering wheel shake at 80kmph, not there at 100kmph

if you have any solutions to the things ive noticed above please comment

also what are these things like on fuel consumption?

The Terranos big bully older brother... what a score w/ 5spd & diff lock, love it.

re; Steering wheel shake - trial by elimination

Start w/ full alignment/balance, if problem is still there, eliminate wear areas specific to solid front axle construction.

-examine panhard/trailing link bushes
-examine tie rod ends
-examine track rod/draglink for deformation ( exposed low steer setup)
-examine steering box and shaft (known weak point)
-examine axle casing for deformation

Problem still there, disassemble front axles and examine kingpins for deformation.

Your vehicle looks like it has been looked after, I bet it just needs an alignment!

your front shake could be king pin bearings as well. Pretty good on fuel until you fit 35" tyres. Nice looking rig. Do a full suspension replacement, cheap to do on a patrol/safari. 2-3" will be fine.
