Toyota supercustom

Post by bruntonjm »

I have just purchased a Toyota super custom, but cant find a owners manual or workshop manual for it. If anyone has a copy I could borrow and photocopy or an electronic copy to email my it would be much appreciated... I need to replace the alternator but don't have a clue how to go about it..... And for those nitpickers it will soon be towing a bush truck... Thanks in advance Jonny

Alternator is bottom on drivers side so will have to remove the drivers seat and the large panel that the handbrake should be on. Once you have access to engine you take aircon belt off then unbolt aircon pump and move aside as much as hoses allow. You should now have easy access to alternator loosen tensioner, disconnect plug and battery wire then unbolt alternator
