Hi, Im jem Im wanting to get into offroading, i have done aa few trips with friends a got right into it now i have seen a truck on trademe http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing ... =583353833
is this a worthwhile deal or my other option is i have a 98 cherokee that has been my work vehicle for a while and could spend money on it instead of selling it.
Any thoughts will be appreciated.

Its got fruit, and has had lots of time spent on it. But I'd say $6.5 is closer bet. Still a small vehicle on leaf springs.
Dont follow me. i'll get stuck and need a tow..

What sort of wheeling are you interested in doing? Looking to use as a daily driver as well as getting filthy? Any pref on diesel or petrol? etc etc etc

Yep. I know that truck and it has had everything done properly. I doubt you'd find anything to match it at that price. Very capable but not a trailer-queen.
Ask the boys from Nelson (Sav from the 4x4 centre, Smurf etc.) they will all know the truck well.
