D21 Terrano - Rb25det Guide

Post by Paulballz »

Hey guys, have had a little spare time so decided I would write a guide for the Automatic TD27 - Rb25det neo engine conversation. I have including all the important information which will make the conversation so much easier.

Please remember that the base information here will work with any Rb/20/25/26/30 series engine the only difference will be the wiring.

An estimated total cost of approximately $6000, and that is doing most the fabrication work yourself.

Here is the link to the pdf file i created.
https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B1bGnTC ... h6UXc/edit

And here is link to the R34 workshop.pdf to help with wiring and so on.
http://www.importworkshop.com/files/man ... ce_man.pdf

Please let me know if links fail to work.

Full credit, I was surprised you didn't chime in on that other thread. Such a monster of a conversion! Would love to see it in person if I'm ever in your part of the country.

Thanks, was a good project took 3 months to do whole conversion then wiring held me up for another 6 months because I tried to run after market ecu due to lack of knowledge for wiring original ecu, once decided to go back to original it turned out been a half day job  . Truth of the matter she is fully certed an sits in shed now due to lack of time. Once time permits will get her to 4x4 meets where I hope to see your guys wagons
