mk/mq suspension help

Hi guys have a mate with an mk/mq and he wants new springs .His front ones are solid as and do his back in .has anybody had experience with these .I know there are hundreds of spring makers ie OME etc etc ,but after real world experiences and opinions .He is prepered to buy them new ,but they are very costley cheers sig

I used Maxi trac ones from repco ok but the rear ones needed leafs removed
