my mate did the v6+holden auto onto bighorn transfer case into a 1000cc suki farmworker. I Just finished making the adapter plate for mine so could give you the templates to make your own bracket? then you just bolt it all up...
check out "mudatruka" on youtube and thats the suzuki.
Just putting the 3.8 v6 into my daihatsu rugger- new engine and gearbox mounts are a definite but being a bush truck i just made my own.
90% through the build on my conversion, just got 1 drive shaft to go then the wire up.

cheers

il get some photos 2night so you can see how easy it went together.
iv got a couple of mates that have done the conversion and 1 used the transfer case off a isuzu 2.8petrol transfer case and another used the 3.1d transfer case, both had to be from a auto bighorn. I used a 1994 bighorn 3.1 auto aswell. Aparently the MU is also compatible? the output shaft of the commys auto box slides into the transfercase but leaves some shaft exposed - hence the need to fill the gap with a adaptor plate.
il scan the template today but il add some pictures later. I struggled to find any where that shows how easy it was so if you need anything just give me a yell.
cheers

Are you also doing diff replacements as surely the zook diffs would blow apart? More so the front assembly
