GRWC (Greater Wellington Regional Council) are inviting submissions regarding the Belmont Regional Park, there is no allowable 4wd (or other motorised wheeled activity) in this area currently.

Now is your chance to make a submission regarding this area.

Submission Questions are:
1, What do you like about the park and its management?
2, What would you like to see improved within the park or its management?
3, How would you like to see the park in 20 years?
4. In the Park, Which activity do you spend the most time doing?
5, What do you think are the parks most important values?
6, Do you have any comments on the current plan?

Submissions need to be made to Belmont@gw.govt.nz and CLOSE 01 Dec 2006.

Note you don't have to answer these questions, you can send in what you want, my suggestion would be to put in stuff about responsible 4wd'ers, managed access for clubs, no go and play areas, etc....GO FORTH AND MAKE A SUBMISSION!!!!!
