So whats the thoughts on a LSD in the front?

......vehicle is a Hilux LN100 2.8t/d with rear LSD.

Its better than an open diff, not as good as a locker. Just remember to trim the ends of the axles if you fit an LSD in the front.

Its much less harsh on the front than an auto unlocker.

The consensus is that Nissan LSDs work well off road and Toyota LSDs do not.

If you lift a wheel, its not all that bad, just give her a bit of brake/throttle modulation.

Do it good cheap mod that will improve traction it does tend to make the steering heavy but i ran lsd front auto lokka rear for years with little issues.
