Quite a set up. But leave a lot of unanswered questions.
What size tyres you planning on running on the XJ? Are you planning on keeping it road legal? Have you cut the guards for wheel clearance? Any plans on changing the C&P ratios?

33 inch tires.
bushwhacker fender flare all ready fited.
i have a ARB diff locker for the Dana 30
i will be putting it in when i get the c&p ratios for front and rear.
im also looking at getting a sert for the road.

also im looking at a truss for the front and rear diff housing and also bigger diff axles.

last step will be ARB winch bar. also tree sliders and bally bash plates.
later on down the road ARB locker for the DANA 35 and external roll cage.

You might need a new rear differential other than D35c rather soon after 33s.

Beats me why they hae a fixed c/a for 3-6.5 inches of lift. By that rationale the stock one should be able to go to 3.5 inches. = FOLD UP and/or ROOTED BUSHES!!!! (seen it and done it)
Adjustables are the only way to go.

One of the main problems with c-clip design (which D35c is) that if the clip or axle breaks, there is nothing there to keep the tyre attached to the hub. You cannot drive anywhere.

worried if it works it works i got the fixed ones because i don't have to stuff around. the way i see it if the stock ones are fixed it shouldn't mater if the bushes get rooted il just bye more lol

Agree with that logic. I just didn't want you to spend money on re-gearing and locker to find out later that it was wasted. If you do come across a wrecked TJ, you can take the rear Dana 44 (most export ones do) and mod it to work with XJ. They are the same width and stud pattern.
