raw nitro in pajero

Post by h8ruba »

I have just picked up a set of raw nitro shocks for my pajero gonna run some gq springs in the rear does anyone have any experience with these. been told they are a stiffer than tough dogs etc but they are defiantly softer than the original.

also has anyone installed a rtc steering damper and which brand did you use

i ran raw nitros in my bighorn, was realy happy with them, not to hard and not too soft , i have a pajeri swb at the mo with safari spring in rear, i find them way to stiff and high, putting lwb springs in insted now, could be fine in a lwb paj tho

I'd be keen to have a bit of a looksie when you get them in I'm gonna have a nudge at chucking the gq springs in and if its too harsh ill swap them out

Gidday I've just rebuilt the complete front end in my swb series I and put in the 41mm nitro max shocks at the same time. I like them a lot no issues...my truck gets a hammering (bent a beadlock last trip!) And they stand up well. Haven't had a need for a steering dampener though...
IFS all the way...go the mark 1 Pajero!

sweet forgot you had the dampness in stock. and for 110 per shock I couldn't really say no 2 year warranty so when I get sick of replacing them ill upgrade again
