Any Auckland recommendation for cutting sunroof rust

Yeah just brought a nissan safari lwd Hightop with sunroof surround rusted and just want it cut it out and cover it.

Just want to make sure no more rust and the top with have roof rack so yea.

Any good panel beaters that can do this will be good.
Obviously a good price will be great help too.
