Terrano front bar

Back again with another post! I am thinking about pimping out the old dunger terrano with a nice front bar! Just for another project I guess.. What I mainly want to know is how others have mounted the bar to the body/chassis. I really just make a a simple bar strong enough to snatch and tow off, oh and looks cool too!

So standard box type bumber with a arch bar on the top.

Can someone please upload some pics of there mounting points or explain cheers! Or if anyone has any plans that would help too cheers!!
