Looking at toyodiy.com there are two listed for inner and outer.
Looks like it depends on the year.
When I did mine many years ago I didn't realize and just got a Terrain tamer kit. Must have got lucky.
You could google the part numbers and see what you get.

yeah i done that and they seem to be the same sizes from searching but then bnt told me there is different sizes. just wondering if bnt a doing the inners as a set and outers as other? should i just get the terrain tamer set as i already have the terrain tamer knuckle rebuild set?

according to the terrain tamer site there is only 1 kit for the kzj78 front "wbk2".

I know you can get bearings with more rollers in them... Same race outer dimension and also stub axle hole size... Just a few more rollers and on a different angle..

Cheers guys

so have you 2 got them from bnt? cos if so perhaps its only bnt that has 2 part numbers?

When i got a price for terrain tamer ones no one mentioned anything about different sizes

BNT Kit 1253
Bearing numbers
JLM104945 Larger
LM102949 Smaller

You will need
a smaller socket ie 1/4 to get off the hub
a small torx bit to get off the locking ring thingy
C Clip pliers

BNT sell the bearing press thingys as well and a C Clip pliers A 54mm socket helps (BNT don't sell these) ... not sure where the best place to get them is yet.

Get the kingpin bearings from Toyota
