moderate escudo lift

Hi all. Im looking at a slight lift on my 92 5 door 1.6 escudo. i have some 16 inch mags and am thinking of some kl71s when i buy tyres next as i had them on a cruiser and they are great on the tar seal and awsome when you need the traction when i go fishing. Thing is im thinking what precations should i take to add these? do i lift the body 2" do i just lift the springs 3" its an auto by the way. the khumos come in
205 16 , 225 75 16
235 85 16 , 244 75 16
265 75 16 , 285 75 16
305 70 16 , 315 75 16

would the 85 profile tyre at 235 give the largest OD and thus that little bit of extra diff/axle clearance? im not trying to make a rock crawler but i dont want rubbing on gaurds etc.

any advice is appreciated

245/75/16 in standard rims rub without a body lift. They rub on the top of the front arch and everywhere on the rear arch. Mines a LWB V6 so it's a little different to yours.
