Internal baffle plate and drain plug. Have i done this right ???? Any thoughts would be appreciated :!:

That Baffle will work fine for keeping the oil around the pick up, the other reason for baffles and windage trays is to keep the crankshaft out of the oil, I don't know if this is a problem in your application. Keep up the good work and thanks for sharing.

Hi thanks guys :) Got some more done and got the engine sitting much better lower position. Had to cut out a bit of the gear box tunel to fit.

Nice truck mate, I'm a few years behind you trying to get a 4age and hilux axles in mine. I don't know what welder you are using, assuming an inverted tig, if so try turning the frequency up on your fillet welds it will narrow the arc up and concentrate it in the corner you can also play around with the balance and go more electrode negative if the material is clean. I'd like to dry sump mine but those pumps are anything but cheap I had considered making one but I dont know if Id trust it.

Hi Antoni, been following your build looks wicked 8) Going to be solid once done. Thanks ya ill give it a go, watched heaps of youtube videos on tig welding, now that i got the basics i can start playing with the million settings :roll:

Relocated alternator and power steering pump.

Great product that zinc it stuff though I'm sure it recommends applying a primer ontop of the zinc it before top coat

Re did my clutch set up. There was not enough leverage having it so low on the pivot. :roll:

Yup standard transfer case with a full custom cradle. So hope it stands up to the punishment. If not will have to come up with a new plan.

Started to extend hood but half way through, realised that all the lines on the hood would be skew. so decided to re skin the hole thing.
