Drilling cable hole in roof

Hi,
Just putting spot lights on roof of 4x4.
was going to gland cable through roof but was wondering.
Do you think any issue with wof with hole in roof? Will have a cable gland in it.

Shouldn't be WOF issue as long as the inside bit's not gonna hit you in the head, and the hole doesn't go rusty.
