I'm going to be down that way on Friday and it has been a few years since I was there.
What are the conditions like going out to Tongue Point where the lighthouse is before Cave bay?
Would I be able to get there easily with one vehicle or would it be safer with two?
How far could I get safely solo?

Re: Wellington Red Rocks
Well I am flexible for time so what suits, 3pm at the carpark?
I wont be getting up to anything too serious because I wont have any recovery gear as I am flying down tomorrow to pick up my new Suzuki
But want to go out there to have a look and find a geocache, if you'r keen just post back here and I will PM you my number tomorrow night.

Geocaching is an outdoor recreational activity, in which the participants use a Global Positioning System (GPS) receiver or mobile device and other navigational techniques to hide and seek containers, called "geocaches" or "caches", anywhere in the world.
A typical cache is a small waterproof container containing a logbook where the geocacher enters the date they found it and signs it with their established code name. After signing into the log, the cache must be placed back exactly where the person found it.
