I spoke to a diesel shop the other day and they said Terrano or Safari for reliability - no shock there.

As mentioned not as nice on road but less time working on it. I do my own work except electrical - I hate it.

Looks like Ill go with a Nissan.

The budget will be $6-7k max in answer to the above question. Ideally lower, like everyone.
It will be a couple of months before I get one - got a couple of things to sort first but good to get a direction sorted.

I like to watch the market for awhile to get an idea whats a good deal or not.
