GQ safari project for sale..

Post by muskie »

all of a sudden my circumstances have changed and i will be moving back to the uk. so as a result i cant finish my safari... thought i would advertise ''as is'' firstly with various options .. http://www.offroadexpress.co.nz/Forums/ ... 18&t=36510

the rear draws/box is now complete and fitted, engine will be in this weekend with brand new HD clutch however wont be up and running. looking for $4,500...this is a very tidy safari with excellent interior and no rust. rego is on hold.....i know alot of people will say " i can buy a rego/warrented saf for that but thats fine all good..

2'' body lift..brand new 3'' springs (EFS), wheel arches modified to take 35s and truck resprayed, new rear bumper/wheel carrier and side bars will be painted.

i have other totally brand new stuff such as winch/ tough dog panhards/ proper HD steering arms, 5x 35''simexes...but these are not for sale or included at this stage unless someone wants to negotiate them with the truck..

i dont expect to sell as is but someone may be interested in a kit set type build.. i am in hamilton 02102303613...pm / call / text if your shy..

please note this is not a ''drive it home truck'' it will need completing and it will need collecting on a trailer, on a positive note a good couple of weekends would have it done depending on how far you want to go with it..

thanks, its a family thing that has become a bit of an issue and needs to be resolved, we are trying to sort it without moving back at the moment.. i have explained my situation to the guy who wants the truck and he more than reasonably said try and sort it without selling but if i cant he will take it......so i am kind of in limbo and my wife will go back and see if she can deal with the problem for now....its a bloody pain being so far away...and so stressful its unreal.
