Welcome.
Loving the transformation. Always liked the why you guys can set up your vehicles. A few guys down here wouldn't mind a flare kit like that.

Hey, snap, I was pricing up getting my Defender to iceland for a trip the other day!!!!

$NZ3000 to ship to the uk

£900 pounds would get a return trip on the ferry from Shetland to Torshavn in the Faroe Islands, then catch the Norrona from Torshavn to Seyoisfjordur in iceland.

Alternatively once the truck is landed in the UK, head by road/rail accross the channel and up to Denmark and take the ferry Norrona from Hirtshals to Seyoisfjordur via Torshavn in the Faroe Islands. I couldn't get a price for that ferry crossing though.

Cool truck by the way, love the terrain you guys have over there. Go the "F" roads!!!!!!

Hi
You are all welcome to Iceland :-)
There are many ways to rent 4x4

Here are two websites with companies that specialize in 4x4 trips
http://www.isak.is/
http://www.isafoldtravel.is/en/isak-self-drives/
here you can rent a 4x4 jeep on 38"
