Turbo leaking, recon or new???

Hey guys,
Got a 1HDT with a leaking turbo, can't quite tell where it is coming from.

My question is to recondition or fork out for a new one?

Any recommendations for a place to go to in Chch.

define leaking; oil? exhaust?
problems are only a problem if you not willing to learn how to find solutions

Oil leak, dripping on to the front diff.
It's not pouring out, but is certainly noticeable.

Thought it was the air locker line at first, but then looked up and there was a drip on the bottom of the turbo housing.
