Coromandel to canterbury

Hi,new to this site and canterbury,from the coromandel,jst purchased a SWB Safari,factory locker,PTO winch,2 inch lift,snorkel,Looking for some local tracks day trips,over nighters, with the chance of seeing some venison to take home,or just some awesome scenery ?? Also Im a self employed stonemason landscaper by trade,so if any ones building or rebuilding and need some quotes,hope thats not to cheeky to advertise on this site
