FJ40 Steering Idler

Post by Flange »

Hi
Failed my warrant today as they said the steering idler was worn out and needed to be replaced. Does anyone know where I can get this from and the price?
Thanks

No nibby, thats not a steering relay/idler. Go look at the steering on the fron of your land rover

the idlers are adjustable  so undo the nut on the top and screw the centre in a little to take up the slop then lock it up.
If you already know everything, DON'T ask bloody questions!!
