Wanting it to fit a 91 escudo 4 door with standard suspension etc. Is it going to rub with 31s? Is pretty cheap and local which is a bonus.

Or does anyone have a decent set of ATs for sale that will fit?

Cheers

Hmmm don't want rub and not keen on modifying suspension at this stage. Anyone know of a set for sale that will fit?

If you want a tyre that is gauraunteed not to rub with no mods, the largest size would be a 215/75/15.

Ok Thanks. Would they fit on the steel wheels I posted the link to?

Any particular tyre that you guys have found works well on these? And a cheap place to get them?

Can't see a link for rims? Besides, the factory rims are best for this size tyre as the aftermarket ones are too wide. If you want a spoke type rim the rims of an SJ will fit and look ok. I had Hankook Dynapro MT's on my Samurai to start with, they are a fairly tame MT and were good on wet and dry roads, weren't that noisy and still worked reasonably well offroad.

I know it's outside what you said would work but only just.... are 215 80 r15s going to be Ok? And what does ATm stand for?

Thanks

215/80/15 or 215r15 (same thing) Will fit with no mods.
I have them on mine and fitted them before I did any mods what so ever.

I had the 5 door with 30 x 9.5 buckshot mudders, they were fine with no mods, well not intentional ones anyways

Yep pretty much the same size so it will be fine, not sure what the m is for but the first part would be All Terrain.

They won't fit a standard Vitara/ Escudo without rubbing. A lot.
