Going to get a wheel alignment done. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good wheel alignment place in chch. Want someone who knows what they are doing/has experience, not just following instructions, and does a good job. Thanks.

well if the axle is bent then obviously it needs to be replaced or taken somewhere that can straighten it

I only ever used Laycocks collision repairs who used to be on Durham Street, cheap and the best in ChCh to the point where when my old ifs Terrano had the wheels fall off due to a bad alignment by someone else - the insurance guys said take it to Laycocks. They sorted it and did any subsequent alignment to my trucks since then. Unfortunately they relocated to Sockburn and no longer do aligning...so when I asked them who in ChCh they recommend for 4wd or commercial alignments and cars etc...they gave me Hannahs motors card. Said they've got the gear and the experience. Knowing Laycocks reputation that was good enough for me.
