Vibration from dash 80 Series when i stop...

Hi Guys,
Just wondering if any one else has or knows how to fix the vibration from the dash on 80 Series. It only happens when i start truck or am stationary at lights etc. I have taken the dash out tightened all the bolts what a mission. But i think it maybe more to do with the idle. It seems to only do it sometimes. I can be stationary and it is sweet as then other times it goes mental and vibrates across the whole dash. Its totally frustrating as this is the last thing in my truck that rattles and vibrates after 1 yr of getting rid of all those annoying noises they can make. Any suggestions??

Tweak idle up slightly?

does that effect the motor in any way?? its funny because its only when its in gear and stationary that it does this. When its in park its quiet as.

Shouldn't cause any problems, probably the easiest way to fix it instead of going through the millions of little things it could be.

check your engine and trans rubber mounts and bolts. and if they are fine dial your idle up just a tad. Auto's should sit about 700rpm in gear and 800 neutral from memory?
