Beginner from Taranaki

Hi all,

Names CJ, Have just moved back home to Taranaki after working in the mines in Australia for the last few years. In the process of buying a 4x4 over next month or 2, not 100% sure on what i want yet. Chasing something older that can b a bit mistreated. want to use it for hunting aswell so not chasing anything flash but want it to be able to go places. Got bugger all 4x4 experience apart from giving the mines landcruisers in oz a hard time but am keen as. Looking forward to learnin stuff from yas all. Any basic tips n tricks would be appreciated and i thank ya all in advance for any help.

Welcome, good to see some more from the naki on here. Spent a few years in the mines in WA aswell, keep us posted as to what 4x4 you end up with, and suggest joining along with a club run to give it a test out.
