Hi all,
I've got a 96 Wizard TD Auto.
And i Can't figure out where to mount the recovery hooks up front. There are no holes that line up for the recovery hooks?
Anyone been there done that with a Wizard or a MU?
Or otherewise any suggestions?
Jason
Wizard recovery hooks
Re: Wizard recovery hooks
no bolt holes spaced 3.5cm apart?
Then you will need to drill them. Because factory holes often have captive nuts on the inside of the chassis, you will need to ensure you can gain access to the inside of the chassis in order to install the nylock nuts.
On occasion, it is easier to mount shackles as an alternative.(bear in mind i have no wizard experience, and only fleeting Mu experience)

Re: Wizard recovery hooks
BTW the Mu has a factory tow hook(looks pretty good too)
at the front, on drivers side. The bolt hole spacing on that hook is about 50mm, which is wider spacing than the standard generic "10000 lb hook".(35mm).
