What's the status of Muriwai Beach at the moment?

Hey guys,

Excuse me for not just adding this on to another thread. I know the rules are changing all the time at Muriwai/Bombing range etc - so just wanted to check it for some of the latest updates.

I've been away for the winter. But usually Muriwai is my local. I head up there for a blast often. Surfing. Fishing. Just for a play.

I know there was talk of beach entrances being closed earlier this year - and places to stay away from etc. What's the latest word?

Both the Airforce and forestry have been circulating notices about trespass so use caution in areas that might give them cause to invoke that policy.

Wilson Rd was closed for a while during the high fire risk period but is open again.
