Head gasket done a year ago
Running on 5 cylinders. Compression test has 0psi on cylinder 2 so can't be bothered fixing could be a valve as its a comon fault.
Replaced plugs, leads, dizzy, rotor.
Has wof til feb 2014 and rego til may 2014.
Can still drive just a bit slow haha.
I will take pics and post tomorrow as its a bit late tonight.

Haha though has crossed my mind but I gota LandRover Discovery V8 and the wife said I don't need 2 V8s.
Also if I put 1uz in it I would have to sell the Safari to fund the build and I don't want to part with that just yet lol.

do you rekon all it needs is a new head gasket or somethings bugged in the cylinder eg a broken conrod or something. im quite keen on it

Hey mate,
I feel its a burnt exhaust valve as going on other forums thats what they have made it out to be.
A friend of mine just said wip the head off and replace the valve but I dont have the time or patients to do that at the moment. He is talking to his work mates to see if it could be anything else.
The headgaskets have been done about a year ago so shouldnt be the issue. I replaced all the exlectical bits and then did a compression test after that and it didnt show any PSI on the tester.
I know it will be a easy fix for someone a bit more mechanically minded than me haha.
If your keen let me know I was going to park it on the side of the road over the weekend to try and move it that way as I need the carport back lol.
