there were some leather ones on TM, in CHC last week, cant find them now...
did his truck originally have them? as the floor pan is different so you cant retro-fit

Pretty easy to tell, if it has the sliding rear windows it had the third row.

The floor pan is different and there the rear pillars are re-enforced to take the belt mount. The bottom seat belt mounts are pressed in and spot welded. Certifier wouldn't let us do it.
This is what we did in mine:
Burkes Metalworks unstitched the rear pillars and put in a 100 x 50 plate for the seat belt mount.

Mine doesn't have the sliding rear windows yet has/had factory 6/7/8 seats.
Sitting in my shed ATM, seatbelts and the mounting bolts and washers are there too if ya still looking.

Dunno what they're worth eh. Although, I have got another chap keen who I've given first option. Depends on what the offers are. They can stay sitting in my shed. One offer each, highest one wins????? Ha! (Meanwhile I'll go have a look and see what there been on to in the past and what was being asked)
Pm me ya phone number and ill pxt you some photos
Cheers
