Have to be a bit more specific . Carb'ed or efi , 8v or 16v .

Wrong end of the country but will be pulling a 16v out in a few months .

I thought that was specific? I thought the g16a was the 16v injected and the g16b was the 8v carbi one but I'm probably wrong

Good ald suzuki used the G16a tag for all the engines in the vitara in the early days , so it can be a 8v carb'ed , 8v single point inj or the 16v multi point inj .

All I know about the g16b is that in the later vitaras there is slight changes to the efi and intake for a couple of years and then whilst still called a g16b they changed to a distributorless engine so have a crank sensor . Why they still called it a g16b who knows . Lecture over

Should be able to find a 16v engine down there , lots were imported .
