WTD Toymota Surf Fuel filter mount

Looking for a filter mount - the piece with the fuel lines attached that the filter screws onto
1991 ln130 ? 2.4 diesel
Mine has a stuffed hand primer (it leaks air)
There is no mechanical problem so difficult that it cannot be solved by brute strength and ignorance.
